Building Steps (Designing for Customized,On-pot Technician guidening)

Your brief contact will be responsed within 12 hours.And our team is always ready to design your own ideal house’s( Customized house and Villa) blueprint within 5 working days. Or if you have your own blueprints, we will check its feasibility. The general cost for your prefabricated house will be caculated out.
2. Architectural Drawings and House Plans
Generally,Architectural drawings and detailed house plans take about 35 days. For getting full support from us, 2% of our elementary quotation is needed to settle down our business and trust. We welcome your to come for visiting and check everything.
3. Construction Costs
Everything( Government,land situation and enviroment) should be checked out by you in your local feasibility, when your architectural drawings and detailed house plans are complete, local builder's cost can be finalized. You need to have your own workers.
4. Contract signing and payment
Contract should be effected if you decide to make the house between us and you by original PI. 50% of the whole cost should be paid to us or payment should be subjuct to the final confirmation in the agreement.
5. Building Permits
All the materials for your house will be finished within the dates in the contract. And for the shippment, we will send this by sea( Presented in the contract). As while, you should make the preparing work for the building according to our requirments in the agreement.
6. Buliding Process
One or two technicians from our company will come to your place for the guidance of the building.And for the cost of the technician and installation,ererything should be subject to the agreement in the contract.At least 2 persons should get the training from our technician.
