Wall Technical Testing Result

	Oriented strand board (OSB) is an engineered wood particle board formed by layering strands (flakes) of wood in specific orientations. It may have a rough and variegated surface with the individual strips of around 2.5 × 15 cm (1" x 6"), lying unevenly across each other. It is for the structrual panel of the web steel structure prefab house.
	Breath paper, it is a film made from the high polymer material to protect the OSB board and the structure getting humidity and also it is with very good breathability to avoid any mildew on the OSB panel and rust on the steel structure.
	It is a new insulation material, with the performance of bsorbency, waterproof, light, hard, antiseptic, low thermal conductivity.
	Wire mesh, it is mesh made by wire, the diameter is less than 15mm which we used for the prefab house for facing the wall or stick the outer decorative items like, ceramic tile, artificial stone.
	Artificial Brick, it is not real brick but the artificial one made from the cement, other sand and colorant. It is the same way as the ceramic tile to stick to the wall by adhesive.
	Gypsum board, it is made from the building gypsum plaster, with the performance of light, strong, thin, easy processing, good insulation and good fire proofing, it is widely used for almost buildings as partition wall panel and layered panel, also for ceiling and other decoration work, it is not only for the prefab buildings and also used for the traditional buildings.

	PVC Draft Apparatus: It is made from the PVC materials; sometimes we used the Aluminum as high standard option. It keeps the interior space and the outdoors to change the fresh air.

	SBS Water Proofing Layer: SBS waterproof membrane mixes with SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) rubber modified asphalt water proofing and high class and reinforced carrier. It protects the longtime and dependable protection to the steel structure and the structural panel of the light steel structure prefab houses.
	Roofing Tile: The roofing Tile for the economical prefab house is the PVC or Color steel sheeting tile as economical options, but always we suggest the fiberglass asphalt shingles, as it is more popular and beautiful. The fiberglass asphalt shingles is made from the asphalt for water proofing and on the surface there is color sand for beautiful finishing and reduces the noise when there is rain or wind.

	PCV window is the most pupolar window after the wooden window, the steel window, and the Alumimum window, the cost is lower and the performence is good. It is made from the PVC as the main material with some stabilizer, colorant, filler, ultraviolet light absorber and others, to be the profile by the extrusion process. It is for the frame of the windows, with other fittings.
	Composite door is made from more than two materials as the name, the general structure is inner frame, the core and the surface decorative panel. Since the material for the parts are different, the cost is different.
	Most of the security door are with the steel frame and steel envelope, with the anti destroyed ability againsts the abnormal open in 15mins at least. Mostly it is used for the entrance door to keep the home safe.
